We're thrilled to release a much-requested update to the Violet platform: guided learning pathways!

At Violet, our mission has always been to equip health care professionals with the knowledge and skills they need to provide culturally responsive care, essential for addressing ever widening disparities in health outcomes for BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities. With the launch of learning pathways, we're taking that commitment to the next level by offering a more structured approach to learning that aligns with provider goals and interests as well as the health needs of diverse communities.

What are learning pathways?

We understand that navigating the vast landscape of clinical and health equity/DEIB education can feel overwhelming at times. As our curriculum continues to grow, we want to make it easy for busy providers and other health care professionals to find exactly what they’re looking for.

That's why we've curated our e-learning collections into cohesive pathways, each designed to address a specific community’s unique needs and/or a prevalent health disparity, such as contraceptive counseling in Latine/x communities and cervical and breast cancer in LGBQ communities, respectively.

Whether you're a clinical provider seeking to deepen your understanding of diverse patient populations or a non-clinical staff member eager to build a solid foundation in cultural competence, we’re here to guide you every step of the way.

Education is front and center. You'll find that your Benchmark real estate is slightly reduced on your dashboard, allowing for easier access to new and trending courses, as well as courses assigned by your organization and any that are currently in progress.

Easily identify collections vs. pathways. We made it easy to distinguish individual collections from pathways so you can select the learning modality that’s right for you at any given time.
