We’re thrilled to announce a new partnership with Grow Therapy, a leading digital mental health platform. Grow Therapy is dedicated to making mental health care more accessible and effective, while also making the practice of therapy more sustainable and rewarding for providers.
By streamlining tasks such as insurance billing, patient referrals, scheduling, and note-taking, Grow allows therapists to focus on delivering quality care. Now, with the inclusion of Violet’s CE/CME accredited training programs offered at no cost to providers, Grow is expanding its support to make sure that therapists have the tools and resources to deliver identity-centered care that meets the unique needs of BIPOC, LGBQ, and TGNC communities.
Since its founding in 2020, Grow Therapy has connected more than 15,000 diverse providers with patients across all 48 states and DC, working to eliminate barriers to care based on background, geography, and financial circumstances. Grow Therapy’s platform not only simplifies practice administration for therapists but also ensures that patients can access reliable, affordable mental health services.
Through this partnership, Grow Therapy will deepen its commitment to both supporting providers and offering vetted, high-quality care by including Violet’s cultural competence training into its provider education tools. Both Grow Therapy and Violet share a vision of health care that respects and understands the intersecting cultural identities of all patients—care that is rooted in inclusivity, humility, and understanding.
Violet’s targeted training programs will equip Grow Therapy’s providers with the knowledge and skills to deliver more inclusive, culturally responsive care. By addressing the specific challenges faced by individuals from diverse backgrounds, providers will be able to strengthen therapeutic relationships and improve patient outcomes.
As Grow Therapy continues to serve patients covered by Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial insurance, this initiative ensures that everyone, regardless of identity or economic status, has access to therapists who genuinely understand their experiences and needs.
