Right now, Eden Health's clinicians are upskilling and credentialing their cultural competence through Violet’s continuing education platform. As a direct-to-employer medical provider, Eden Health offers a new, collaborative approach to employee health, and Violet’s training for inclusive care delivery will only strengthen their mission.
Violet’s CEO and founder Gaurang Choksi explained, “Eden Health’s core principles of accessibility and ease of use for their patients show a prioritization for patient satisfaction. When health organizations use Violet, 84% of surveyed clinicians said their inclusivity increased. Eden Health cares that the overall patient experience is not only seamless but they also care that patients feel seen and heard. With Violet, we make that possible.”
Violet’s platform starts by allowing clinicians to benchmark their understanding of BIPOC, LGBQ, and TGNC patient identities and care needs. Based on their benchmarks, Violet provides personalized pathways to help providers upskill and improve their cultural competence on Violet’s e-learning platform. Then, providers may earn cultural competence credentials to display online. Eventually, this will allow patients to find clinicians most equipped to provide them with the care they need.
