Guidelines

Verified Inclusive Organization

Badge licensing and usage guidelines.

We encourage organizations to proudly display their Verified Inclusive Organization status and have developed comprehensive guidelines to help you maximize this achievement. These guidelines cover effective marketing of the verification and instructions for showcasing the Verified Inclusive Organization badge externally. They are designed to ensure clear, consistent communication across all of Violet’s partners while highlighting their success.

Criteria

Criteria for Verified Inclusive Organizations:

30%

At least 30% of a provider’s clinical staff (including licensed professionals, pre-licensed individuals, and interns) must onboard with Violet, submitting their profiles to receive Benchmarks.

40%

Of those, 40% must achieve an Awareness Benchmark in at least one of the three communities—BIPOC, LGBQ, or TGNC.

By publicizing your Verified Inclusive Organization status, you build trust, attract new patients, and strengthen your position to win contracts with health plans, employers, and institutions. This designation signifies a commitment to health equity, recognizing organizations that exceed industry standards for cultural competence among clinical staff.
